Pop Kart is also called Kart Rider, made by a Korean firm Nexon. The one on the top is made by Radiance, called Go Go Racing! It has more monetization tools, such as the karts have five upgradable parts, and the characters are fully funcational avatars, also personalizable, Kart Rider does not have either feature.
