Hi all,

I would like to present my company Tektroop GmbH to the WGE members. We are specialised on customer care services for the gaming industry - outsourcing, training, screening and consulting - and our goal is it to give gamers the customer care they deserve. As more and more games join the market and restraints to change the game played have dropped with the increasing number of free2play games, keeping your customer on your games has become even more important. Excellent customer service can give you the edge you need to differentiate your company from competitors.

Tektroop GmbH is not one of the many existing customer service companies, but gaming only. Thus, you get specalised service from a company that understands gaming and gamers.

The marketing stuff being said - we are a young company, but can look back on many years of experience in the customer service department, working for companies like GOA, Empire of Sports and Funcom. As we are not only specalists, but passionate gamers ourselves, we know both sides that meet when it comes to customer service - the company and the gamers.

If you would like to get more information on our services, please visit our website www.tektroop.ch or drop me a line here on WGE or facebook.

Greetings from Switzerland!

Lea
