As Poker Optimisation Associate, you will implement, analyse and optimise poker player retention and reactivation initiatives to drive player value by increasing revenues, reducing churn rates or optimising bonus costs.

As Poker Optimisation Associate, your main responsibilities will involve:

• Design and implement daily and one off retention and reactivation campaigns to increase poker player yield
• Analyse player retention initiatives and produce and test recommendations to enhance their performance
• Identify key segments for player value improvement and propose actions to increase value
• Generate weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports on campaign / project performance
• Monitor bonus costs and make recommendations for bonus cost optimisation
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time
• Work closely with poker team to enhance and improve promotions 

As Poker Optimisation Associate, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Proficiency in MS Excel

·         Experience running online marketing / CRM campaigns

·         A good understanding of poker, poker players and the online poker industry would be beneficial

·         Experience of using database reporting and analysis tools would be desirable

A fast learner with good attention to detail and strong analytical skills, you’ll have the ability to work both on your own initiative and within a team.   A keen interest in poker and the online gaming industry would be beneficial.
