As Poker Optimisation Associate, you will implement, analyse and optimise poker player retention and reactivation initiatives to drive player value by increasing revenues, reducing churn rates or optimising bonus costs.

· Strong analytical skills
· Proficiency in MS Excel
· Experience running online marketing / CRM campaigns
· A good understanding of poker, poker players and the online poker industry would be beneficial
· Experience of using database reporting and analysis tools would be desirable

A fast learner with good attention to detail and strong analytical skills, you’ll have the ability to work both on your own initiative and within a team. A keen interest in poker and the online gaming industry would be beneficial.
