- Alan O'Dea is CEO of Simple Lifeforms and new Internet gaming start-up venture.

Alan was most recently Business Development Director and share holder at the UK’s premier online game company, Monumental Games. Alan was responsible for all strategic business, marketing, partnerships and brand strategy activities at this globally represented virtual world, online game and technology development company.
Alan received his MBA from the Bradford School of Management where he specialised in strategic management, marketing, intellectual property and technology innovation. Alan wrote his MBA Thesis for the UK video games trade industry organisation, T.I.G.A. on the affects of the Publisher business model on independent video game companies. Alan is a member of the International Games Developers Associations (I.G.D.A.) Special Interest Group (SIG) on Online Games.
In 1999 Alan established Steamdriven, a multi-award winning Internet advertising agency, gathering a who’s who client roster of advertising agencies, media owners, financial institutions, and technology companies. Prior to his role at Monumental Alan was an award winning graphic designer, business owner, marketing, advertising, Computer Based Training and Internet Service Provider executive.
Alan has been a business and media consultant for companies such as Ogilvy, McCann Erickson, DDB Worldwide, Grey Global Group, Microsoft, Saatchi and Saatchi, Ernest & Young, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, DoubleClick and Google.
