About Me:: I have a rich blend of skills that allow me to function well in Game Design, Game Writing, and Community Management.
I have a variety of experience outside of game development to complement my work in the game development community.
In each of the game development positions I have held, I have been able to contribute to design, documentation, community development, and testing.
My extensive reading, writing, gaming, and military background, combined with my studies in history and languages, gives me a good feel for fictional cultures, mission balance, and gritty realism.
I have a well-balanced skillset, with extensive use of publishing and documentation tools, moderate Web programming skills, some marketing and Web content development, and design and specification experience in multiple game types. I am also a great networker and "people-person".
All kinds of video games, boardgames, miniatures games, and roleplaying games are well within my wide range of experience.

Two of these titles have been published, one was cancelled, and one is still under development, although the IP has been sold to another company, so I am no longer part of the project. I would like to work in any design or writing role, so a position of Game Designer, Narrative Designer, or Game Writer would be ideal. Although I am currently working in commercial software development, it's not in the game industry. I miss game development work, even as hectic, underpaid, and overworked as the jobs are in this industry.
