- About Me:
- I am the founder and CEO of BooHag Studios, LLC. My background includes over 15 years of experience in online and digital entertainment. BooHag was founded on the principal of changing the way consumers interact with media by focusing on their passions.
Previously I applied these same concepts at Ruckus Network, Inc. a college-oriented startup which distributes music, movies and games online. Between 2004 – 2008 my leadership positioned the company for several successful strategic relationships with Universal Music Group, Sony BMG, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros. and Reebok.
My prior background includes developing and founding of Digireel, Inc. and as the Chief Product Officer brought a new form of digital entertainment and media to movie theatres by implementing digital on-screen advertising and entertainment pre-shows. This same technology was acquired and can now be seen at theatres nation wide.
In 1998 I began working in the MMORPG genre by developing a watchdog website to expose game studios which either ignored or engaged in low standards of service ruining consumer experiences. Through 2002, I consulted with various companies including, Electronic Arts, Sony Online Entertainment, Wolfpack Studios, Funcom and Turbine Entertainment and as of today, improvements seen within community involvement, customer service and quality assurance of MMOGs can be traced back to my philosophies which I developed and shared on my website.
I love video games and my experience starts back in 1988 when I worked as a retail store manager to sell computer software and games.
