My sense is that it would be pretty tricky to get a Recruiter into the States with a work permit, with the way everything is going these days, but you might want to establish contact with our European recruiting counterparts to start the relationship up. I'd suggest you'd be able to find most of us on the LInked In group or Facebook. That way, when things pick up, you know who you want to reach out to.
