I am actually in the telecom sector and specalize in offshore call centers. Before companies were going offshore to save money, call centers were going to Gibraltar, Antigua and Costa Rica to set-up phone betting shops and then in 1999 on-line gaming. In 2003 I realized we were ahead of the curve in offshoring and working with outsourcing companies and BPOs became the next logical step. I first started supplying 0800 numbers in 1996 and now can get 90+ countries 0800 numbers and have customers set-up in 60+ countries. We have offices in 4 countries and can be reached 24 x 7 tech support. Weekends and nights are very important.
