About Me:: I am an accomplished Fortune 500 marketing and operations leader having succeeded in roles both for multi-national US public companies as well as small entrepreneurial ventures.

I am currently the Principal of ETW Consulting Services Inc. a privately held corporation offering high impact marketing consulting services across the areas of CRM, loyalty program development, strategic planning, brand management, business development, and sales force management.

Previously, I served in a series of senior executive capacity in the U.S. casino gaming industry. As Chief Operating Officer for Black Gaming, LLC out of Las Vegas, NV, I led a $160M~ revenue company to its three most profitable years (EBITDA) and earned industry recognition for both our operational and marketing practices (including receiving the 2007 "The Best Place to Work in Southern NV" Award by the Southern NV Human Resources Association - SNHRA).

Prior to Black Gaming, I served as the Corporate Vice President of Loyalty Marketing for Harrah's Entertainment where I was chiefly responsible for the company's CRM execution, revenue/yield management efforts and high-profile customer marketing and sales. Earlier in my career, I also held marketing leadership roles under Hard Rock Café guru Peter Morton (at the privately held Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas) and for the Stratosphere Corporation (a subsidiary of Grand Casinos).

My professional passion is understanding consumer behavior through analytics, building strong teams and creating organizational cultures dedicated to improving the customer experience.

I received my undergraduate degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and my MBA via a joint program between the Haas School of Business at Berkeley and Columbia Business School. I currently live with my extraordinary wife in San Francisco, CA.
