- I'm Head of Recruitment at Specialmove.
Specialmove are 100% focussed on the games industry. We have commercial and development opportunities with well known names (SEGA, Disney, Rockstar, Activision) and successful smaller innovative companies the UK, North America, Australia and Asia.
We are the only gaming specialist to work with Amazon.co.uk and accordingly have a wide range of high calibre online candidates and roles.
Our approach is quality led and very hands on. Myself and colleagues come from a games industry background rather than an HR background.
I personally have 10+ years commercial industry experience in sales and buying. This means we truly understand the market and have an exceptional contact network. Candidates and clients recognise that we know the industry intimately and furthermore have a genuine love for gaming.
