- I'm an experienced developer of new products and businesses. I have held a number of directorships in the mobile payment space and am currently managing director of Vir2 and a director of Meedia Mobile plc.
Vir2 is a supplier of mobile marketing and payment services. We are the market leader in the third sector supplying over 120 organisations including the United Nations.
We run society lottery games on mobile for Age Concern under the Givitago brand
I was one of the pioneers of the UK mobile content industry as managing director of Ampay Ltd and board member of Amplefuture Ltd. I left Amplefuture in 2005 to found Vir2.
My career started with Barclays where I was responsible for the commercial and strategic management of chip card products as well as being involved in the UK’s first secure transactional internet banking site. I also spent time with Freeserve/Orange where I launched their WAP portal and the UK’s first major mobile content site.
