- About Me:
- I am the co-founder and owner of Del Sol Packaged and head the English & Arabic speaking client department which manages the demands of relocating clients and their families to the southern coast of Spain.
I have more than 20-years experience working for Rothmans and British American Tobacco in Marketing, Account Management and laterly Senior General Management roles.
During my career in the tobacco industry I have had the pleasure of working in more than 20 countries, lived in 9 across 3 continents, and have experienced relocating myself and my family numerous times.
As trained Arabist, a considerable amount of my time has been spent in the Middle East and East Africa in a number of roles with both Rothmans and BAT. Immediately after my Arabic scholarship, my rookie posting was to Sales Management in South Yemen, which was followed by Account Management in East Africa and Country Management in both the GCC & Levant regions. My final Tobacco Industry challenge was to lead BAT's ambitious market entry initiative into the Swedish market, which contributed to the PLC's Board decision to purchase the Scandinavian Tobacco Company in 2008.
Now with my own Relocation Company in the South of Spain, I use this extensive International experience to support others in their ventures overseas. I have a deep understanding of personal needs and levels of complexity in every relocation.
Del Sol Packaged can support businesses, families as well as individuals through their transition into a new life in Spain, the Costa Del Sol & Gibraltar.
