3. ORGANISATION

4. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

. Customer Service and Relations
. Work with the key business personnel to identify solutions that will provide the best return possible for the client. This is likely the single most important part of this role
. Work with the Business Analysts to stay aware of business needs and concerns at all times.
. Work with the IS Supplier and Procurement Manager to maintain relations with vendors management and keep them informed and involved in future IS strategies.

. Work with the Head of Delivery and Architect (Tel-Aviv) to set up an ongoing audit for core IS services

. Architectural Frameworks
. Establish business architecture, business architecture principles and enterprise architecture requirements with key board members and business and IS leaders
. Develop and maintain an architecture framework, and corresponding guidance and standards to ensure compatibility and interoperability between new and existing systems;
. Address key stakeholder concerns and ensure the integrity of the chosen architecture (including business systems) reconciling the tradeoffs between the various architectural principles (for example, levels of security vs performance); and
. Develop, own and police compliance to the Enterprise and Technical Architectures (including applications, data, hardware and networks)

. Security Policies and Procedures
. With support from the Director of IT, develop the The client architecture framework and the infrastructure and security strategy.
. Work with the Security Manager to determine applicable security principles and procedures across IS, and work with the Director of IT to balance trade-offs between security and other non-functional requirements (for example performance and availability).
. Quality assurance and ownership of the overall integrity of the security architectures.
. Assist in the due diligence process for new acquisitions, new suppliers and new products

. IT Service Quality and Availability
. Provide risk assessment advice;
. Work with the Quality Assurance Manager & the Security Manager, document and implement standards, policies (including quality) and procedures for all relevant IS services and ensuring they are actively used by all IS staff and remain current.
. Ensuring that IS processes are documented, consistent across IS and continuously improved.
. Ensure that the company’s disaster recovery requirements are reflected and catered for through the design and specification of systems.
. Ensure that ongoing audit of procedures is set up and put into place.

. Business Communications
. Establish board level reporting structure to report on-going progress of enterprise architecture delivery.
. Communicate and enforce applicable security principles and procedures across The client.
. Create and disseminate security best practices.

. Business Systems Roadmap Planning and Implementation
. Ensure that the Head of Delivery is involved in all planning and implementing of business system enhancements / implementations.
. Ensure business systems are rolled out to business locations with minimal disruption.
. Ensure that all business systems are documented in a consistent manner and are kept current.

. Business Systems Roadmap Quality and Availability
. Ensure business systems meet the stated technical architecture requirements (e.g. performance, stability, capacity, human factors, throughput, etc) in collaboration with the Head of Delivery when defining projects.
. Provide quality assurance and ownership of the overall integrity of the business systems roadmap.
. Ensure that all standards, policies (including liaising with Quality Assurance & Security Manager) and procedures for all relevant business systems are documented and implemented; ensuring they are actively used by all IS staff and remain current.

. Personal Development
. Ensure that agreed personal development activities are planned and auctioned.
. Gain input from team on development needs and put plan in place to progress these.

5. PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

. Unauthorised access to systems does not occur.

. Design punter-facing systems to deliver an uptime of greater than 99% for the year.

6. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

. Essential:
. At least 10 years experience in a similar role, specifically Internet based businesses from Betting and Gaming, Retail, Banking and/or IT Consultancy. Ideally within a highly regulated industry.
. Represent company interests in key industry groups (Gambling Commission, PCIDSS) and strategic suppliers (BT, ORBIS, Microsoft) to shape policy, understand IS trends and define company responses.

Large Online Gaming Company in Dublin has an exciting Management Opportunity in their Dublin office. Current headcount is 1900 and growing fast. They would like to hire a Top Information Architecture Manager / User Experience Manager.

You will manage a team of 5 User Experience Analysts / Designers. You will oversee the development, management and maintenance of the User interfaces for the Companies entire portfolio of products.

Part of your focus will be the structural design for the entire website. The role will incorporate Interface Design, Usability, Information Architecture, NPD, Prototyping and Wireframing. An understanding of User journeys, Internet Usage, Internet Trends and Technologies are essential. You will also help to ensure that the brand is upheld through great design standards. You will need to have a good eye for design and take ownership and responsibility for your team.

This is a crucial role for the company. They have some ambitious plans and you will play a major part in their growth.

Skills and Experiences Required:

· A good eye for strong design and branding

· Strong relationship management skills

· Ability to manage and develop other people

· Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

· Good understanding of business technology

· 4 years information architecture experience

· 2 years minimum experience of managing a team.

· Demonstrable experience in the recruitment and appraisal process

· Bachelors and or Masters degree in a business or technology discipline

· Experience working with an online brand is highly desirable

International Affiliate Marketing Manager - £55k - London based


Job Description:

This well known online gaming Brand is seeking an experienced Online Marketing professional to manage Affiliate Marketing for 2-3 assigned language markets in Europe with direct reports of 4-7 individual online marketers.

Candidate must have prior people management experience as well as 4-5 years of experience in online marketing, sales, or business development. Proven success in driving significant revenue growth in an Affiliate Marketing program, online sales or business development role is required. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive business decisions is essential. Fluency in a European language a plus.

Manage Affiliate Marketing teams for assigned language market teams to achieve financial and company goals

Establish close business development level relationships with key affiliates and constantly brainstorm with them on new opportunities to grow both their businesses

Assist Director of Affiliate Marketing as a key part in 1) developing Partner Marketing Strategy for designated markets and 2) providing program-wide reporting on the affiliate channel in regard to growth opportunities and what they can expect from affiliates.

Oversee execution of these market strategies, including reporting and measurement of success. This could include:

· Assisting team members with execution and troubleshooting

· Weekly status updates on language teams, including metrics

· Partner reporting

· Monitoring partners with special compensation or CPA arrangements every month and reporting on whether new arrangement has resulted in improved profitability for the company.

· Manage Sr. Partner Account Managers and assist in their professional development as managers. Assist them in dealing with employee situations as well as with improving the productivity of their direct reports. Help them to balance management with execution.

· Work with team to execute online media buys and social marketing in addition to Affiliate Marketing

Manage other projects for the success of the overall affiliate program. This could include:

· Partner promotions such as CPA or sweepstakes

· Writing Partner newsletters and emails

· Managing URLs, hosting, and other needs for partners with centralized and organized information for monitoring and reporting

· Serve as central point of contact with customer service, operations, property or product management to inform teams of product changes, customer support incidents, etc.

· Working with Brand Managers to acquire information needed for affiliate teams to work more efficiently and effectively

· Working with Brand Managers to develop compelling promotions and creative to support special offers for partner marketing

Required Skills:

· BA/BS strongly preferred

· Fluency in English and an additional European language a plus

· Excellent written and spoken language skills

· Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills

· Required Experience:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

· 4-7 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience

· 1-2 years of consumer online marketing experience or deep understanding of online marketing through sales or business development role

· Proven management experience

THE ROLE AND THE DEPARTMENT.
This major force in online gaming is looking for a new Head of Marketing Strategy and Analysis. Their marketing function is in an exciting period of growth expanding their footprint in the UK and widening their reach in new territories internationally. They are looking for an experienced strategist and analyst who will be responsible for their global marketing strategy across all of their products and report directly into their marketing and brand director. The successful candidate will need substantial experience in data and financial analysis but will also be able to think about the big picture and plan for the long term. In addition, an understanding of the full range of marketing channels open to a major online players and the ability to optimise the marketing mix is required.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES.

Help define their global marketing strategy

Drawing on the experience of key stakeholders in the business

Analyse and understand the opportunities in the marketplace

Recommend an approach for the coming three year period

Hold the marketing team to account through regular evaluations of marketing effectiveness with both the UK and International teams.


Agree the annual and quarterly KPIs for the marketing department and ensure they reference back to the strategy.


Build business cases for additional investment around major sporting events e.g., the world cup.

Contribute fully to the marketing management team and the wider strategy group.


THE MUST HAVES (skills & knowledge)

Skilled C++ developer required for a Global Leader in Gaming Software.


Whilst having previous gaming experience is desirable it is not essential.

My client offers unique essential products to the gaming world. Their engines are used in most AAA games PC & console, as well as in some of the latest blockbuster movies.

You will work in a relaxed, enjoyable environment with like-minded people, passionate about gaming. The work is team-based with a flat management structure. Your day-to-day activities will be varied as all aspects of the product lifecycle will be covered.


Required technical skills/knowledge:

Applicants must have solid C++ programming skills.
