Co-ordination of all Budget and Forecast processes including turnover, gross win, marketing and operational costs, gross profit and EBITDA for each territory (supported by and submitted to Finance)

Identify territories across Europe to target for market entry; develop market entry plans for each territory including organisational structure, local trading strategy, development of unique website selling points, partnership strategy and business plan

Directly manage the market entry phase for any new territory including the recruitment of local teams, negotiation with local partners, sourcing of office space, management of local gaming licence(s), development of trading strategy and co-ordination of site launch -
